Refund policy
*RETURNS*
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason except for any mistakes done by us. If there was a mistake made by us in your order please contact us so we can get it sorted out as soon as possible. We will not accept ANY refund request for ANY reason 7 days after delivery date, please reach out before then if you have an issues with your order. Returns will have to be paid for by the customer! A return request will only be accepted for the reasons stated above.
Refunds will NOT include the price of shipping, due to the items having already been sent. You will receive the item total ONLY.
We are NOT responsible for stolen packages and we will NOT issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages. All buyers receive tracking information that will provide an EXACT delivery date for their items.
*CANCELLATIONS*
All order cancellations must be requested within 2 business days of the date your order is placed due to the fact that all items are made to order. Cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances after tracking number have been generated and after orders have been shipped out. Refunds will not be issued after tracking numbers have been generated and after an order has already been shipped out under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be given out for delayed delivery dates due to the fact that courier delays are out of our control.
We at WEEBBOXES reserve the right to decline a cancellation request for any reason.
Please do not spam email us, give us time to respond to your first email. Spam emails will result in your orders cancellation.
If we cancel your order or if you request an order cancellation you will receive an order cancellation email with details regarding your order.
*WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU THINK YOU’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER*
Please note that all problems with your order that will lead to a refund request or return request from you will have to be bought up within 7 days. After 7 days we will no longer accept any refund or return request for ANY reason. If you believe you’ve received the wrong order please contact us with your order number, an explanation as to why you think you received the wrong order, and a picture of ALL the items you received. If you cannot provide picture proof we cannot provide a refund.
In the event of your return request being accepted, ALL items must be returned in full, unused conditions or you will NOT receive your refund! All items include EVERYTHING that you received (candy, snacks, stickers, prints, keychains, shirts, hoodies, etc). If items are not returned in full the box will be sent back to you with no refund OR a partial refund will be issued with the costs of the un-returned items deducted. If items are returned to us damaged, you will NOT receive a refund. To avoid this please send us back all of our merchandise in unused conditions. If the box has been unpacked and no longer has bubble wrap/brown paper, it is very important that you send the package back in a separate shipping box! Failure to properly package your return WILL lead to damaged content, if the box arrives to us with damaged contents you will not receive a refund!
Please do not attempt to send back used and worn clothes, if it has ANY signs of wear it will be sent back to you and you will NOT receive a refund.
*CARE INSTRUCTIONS*
All shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants that come in our mystery boxes should be washed on warm and should hang dry ONLY. Machine drying your clothes could possibly damage it! Do NOT apply heat directly to the design of the shirt, turn shirt or hoodie inside out to iron.
*CUSTOMIZATIONS*
ALL CUSTOMIZATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE MET!
Themed boxes as well as random anime bags can not be customized without clothes! Items are given based on availability and order size, asking for an item does not guarantee that it will be given. Asking for a specific anime or character does not guarantee it will be given, if you request an anime we do not have we cannot give you items from said anime. If you do not leave a customization or we do not carry your customization you will receive an email from us regarding your customizations. If no response is given within 1 business day we will choose for you, in this case you will NOT receive a refund if you do not like the items you receive.
