Shipping policy
*PLEASE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PURCHASING*
Please note that due to recent rules implemented in August of 2025 all packages shipped internationally may be subject to additional tariffs fees given by customs in the destination country. These are not fees given by WEEBBOXES and unfortunately we cannot have them waived or altered. It is the responsibility of the customer and the customer alone to pay these fees, we will not be paying them for you under any circumstances. If the fees are not paid directly with the shipping provider within a timely manner the package will be returned to sender, in this circumstance you will not receive a refund. You can pay to have the order shipped at a later date in hopes that any fees will be gone however the order will NOT be cancelled and refunded.
In the event of your package being returned to sender due to insufficient address you will have to pay a re-delivery fee! Your package will not be sent out until shipping is paid. If the re-delivery fee is not paid your item will NOT be sent out and we will NOT refund your order total under any circumstances. Due to the fact that we have already sent your order out, refunds will not be given out even if your order arrives back to us. If your package is lost at any time in the return to sender process we are not responsible since your delivery was attempted!
ALL ORDERS OVER $200 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE OF RELEASE AT DELIVERY
HANDLING
Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to process before it is shipped, this does NOT include weekends! Orders placed AFTER 3 p.m will be processed the next business day. While we try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible you may not receive your order the same week it is placed, all orders are made to order which means that they aren’t made until you order them so it will take time.
Please take into account the 2-6 business days before emailing us about the whereabouts of your order. If your order is needed by a specific date please choose expedited shipping, we are not responsible for items arriving after your needed date and you will not receive a refund for this reason under any circumstances.
We do NOT have an on time shipping guarantee, your order may ship late. In this case please just send us an email requesting an update on your order.

Domestic
STANDARD
Arrives in 2-8 business days, not including the 2-6 business day processing time.
UPS shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.
International shipping may take 1-4 weeks.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer 3 expedited shipping options during checkout including Priority, Express and Next day. Before choosing a shipping option please keep in mind that this will NOT affect our processing and handling times. The 2-6 business day processing time is mandatory for every order regardless of expedited shipping.
OTHER DETAILS
WEEBBOXES ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.
Deliveries occur Monday - Saturday.
*We are NOT responsible for lost OR stolen packages, if your item has been marked delivered by the mail carrier we are no longer responsible for it*
